All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified via email if your order is cancelled.

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  1. Custom & Personalised Orders | 定制与个性化订单

For custom printing and logo personalisation orders, production will begin upon payment confirmation. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all artwork, logos, and specifications are correct before confirming your order.

定制印刷及标志个性化订单在付款确认后即开始生产。一旦生产开始，订单不可取消或修改。请在确认订单前确保所有图稿、标志及规格均正确无误。

  1. Shipping & Delivery | 运送与交货

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. JOSI is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

预计交货时间仅供参考，不作保证。JOSI 对因快递服务或海关造成的延误不承担责任。货物风险及所有权在交货时转移给您。

  1. Returns & Refunds | 退款与退货

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of major manufacturing defects.

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of JOSI and may not be reproduced without written permission. By submitting your logo or artwork for custom printing, you confirm that you own or have the right to use such materials.

  1. Limitation of Liability | 责任限制

JOSI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
