Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom Orders (Bulk Customisation)
Please note: For custom orders exceeding 20 pieces, please allow up to 14 business days for processing before shipment. We will notify you once your order is ready to ship.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- We ship via reputable local couriers (e.g., J&T, Pos Laju)
- Free shipping on orders above RM150
International Shipping
- International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier's website.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

订单跟踪

如果包裹丢失或损坏到达,请在预计送达日期的 7 天内联系我们,我们将尽快为您解决问题。
