Q: Can I customise products with my own logo?
A: Yes! We offer custom logo printing on selected items such as tees and tote bags. Please contact us via email or our contact page for customisation enquiries and minimum order quantities.
Q: How long does delivery take for custom orders?
A: For standard orders, domestic (Malaysia) delivery takes 3–7 business days and international orders take 7–21 business days.
Please note: For custom orders exceeding 20 pieces, please allow up to 14 business days for processing before shipment. We will notify you once your order is ready.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, online banking, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:
- Logo-printed / Customised items: Items that have been printed with a custom logo are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Exceptions are only made if the item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose threads, holes, or damage caused during production). In such cases, only the defective pieces may be exchanged.
- Jewellery items: All jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Every piece undergoes strict quality control (QC) before dispatch.
- Shipping damage or lost parcels: We are not responsible for items damaged in transit or lost parcels. Customers are advised to file a claim directly with the respective courier or shipping company for compensation.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your parcel on the courier's website.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping fees and times vary by destination.

Q:定制订单需要多久才能发货?
A:标准订单:马来西亚本地配送需 3–7 个工作日,国际订单需 7–21 个工作日。

- 印有 logo 的定制商品:已印刷定制 logo 的商品一概不接受退款或换货。仅当商品存在生产缺陷(如採线、破洞或生产过程中造成的损坏)时,才可申请换货,且仅限于有缺陷的商品。
- 首饰类商品:所有首饰一概不接受退款或换货。每件首饰均经过严格的出货前质量检查(QC)。
- 运输损坏或包裹丢失:我们对运输过程中造成的损坏或包裹丢失概不负责。顾客请直接向相关快递公司提出索赔申请。
Q:如何跟踪我的订单?
A:订单发货后,您将通过电子邮件收到跟踪号码,可登入快递公司网站查询包裹状态。
