All orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation. For custom and personalised orders, additional production time of 7–14 business days may be required. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

- Order Tracking | 订单追踪
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel through the respective courier's website.

- Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels | 派送失败与退回包裹
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.

- Damaged or Lost Parcels | 损坏或遗失包裹
JOSI is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos at enquiry.josi@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
