Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our store email.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our store email and send your item to: store address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: store address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

退款
一旦我们收到并检查您的退货,我们将向您发送电子邮件,通知您我们已收到您退回的商品。我们还将通知您退款是否获得批准。
如果获得批准,您的退款将被处理,并在一定天数内自动退还到您的信用卡或原始付款方式中。
延迟或未收到退款
如果您尚未收到退款,请首先再次检查您的银行账户。
然后联系您的信用卡公司,您的退款可能需要一些时间才能正式发布。
接下来联系您的银行。退款发布前通常需要一些处理时间。
如果您已完成所有这些操作但仍未收到退款,请通过我们的商店电子邮件联系我们。
促销商品
只有正价商品可以退款。促销商品不能退款。
换货
我们只更换有缺陷或损坏的商品。如果您需要更换相同商品,请通过我们的商店电子邮件向我们发送电子邮件,并将您的商品发送到:商店地址。
礼品
如果商品在购买时被标记为礼品并直接寄送给您,您将收到一份与退货价值相同的礼品积分。一旦收到退回的商品,我们将向您邮寄一张礼品券。
如果商品在购买时未被标记为礼品,或者送礼人将订单寄给自己以便稍后送给您,我们将向送礼人发送退款,他们会知道您的退货情况。
退货运费
要退回您的商品,您应将商品邮寄到:商店地址。
您将负责支付退回商品的所有运费。运费不可退还。如果您收到退款,退货运费将从您的退款中扣除。
根据您居住地的不同,您收到换货商品所需的时间可能会有所不同。
如果您退回价格较高的商品,您可以考虑使用可追踪的运输服务或购买运输保险。我们不保证会收到您退回的商品。
